Shipping Policy

We work hard to ensure that orders are processed and dispatched promptly. Please note that shipping times are estimates only and subject to third party services. We are not responsible for delivery delays, lost, or stolen packages.

U.S. Orders: Orders within the USA are shipped via UPS.

International Orders: We ship internationally with UPS Worldwide service. For select countries, duties and taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. However, in certain countries, customers are responsible for paying the required duties and taxes upon delivery. The shipping carrier may withhold the package until these fees are paid. It is the customer's responsibility to understand and comply with their country's import regulations.

Delivery Times: Standard domestic shipments typically take 1-5 business days to arrive, while express shipments take 2-3 business days (not including Alaska and Hawaii). Depending on the destination country, international orders can take 2-7 business days to deliver.
