Return Policy
Return request must be made within 14 days after delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, stain-free, in sellable condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
A maximum of 6 returned items are accepted per order.
The customer is responsible for the fees associated with the return shipment.
Important: Do not send items back to the address on the shipping label received with the package. You will be provided with a return shipping label after your return request is approved.
The shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. Refunds will only be issued when items are returned to the designated address on the return shipping label.
Please ensure that the return package is shipped within 14 days after the return request is approved.
- Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, our team will then check that the items are in their original condition*. This process typically takes 7-14 business days.
- Once your return is accepted, a refund will be issued. Funds can take 5-10 business days to appear in the account of your original payment method.
- You will be informed of your refund via email.
