Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. You can find the list of all the countries we ship to in our shipping policy.


What courier do you ship with?

All orders, including U.S. and international orders, are shipped via UPS.


How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Delivery time varies depending on your location. Standard domestic shipments typically take 1-5 business days to arrive, while express shipments take 2-3 business days (not including Alaska and Hawaii). Depending on the destination country, international orders can take 2-7 business days to deliver. Please note that these are estimated delivery times.

 

Will I be charged customs?

For select countries, duties and taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. However, in certain countries, customers are responsible for paying the required duties and taxes upon delivery. The shipping carrier may withhold the package until these fees are paid. It is the customer's responsibility to understand and comply with their country's import regulations.

 

Can I cancel my order?

We can only cancel orders before they are shipped. Please contact us at support@kiffactive.com for order cancellation.


Can I modify an order once I’ve placed it?

We can’t promise that we will be able to modify your order. However, we will try our best to accommodate you before the order is shipped. Please email us at support@kiffactive.com.

Do orders ship in pieces or altogether?

All items in your order will be shipped in one package.


Can I combine orders?

We cannot combine multiple orders. Please place all orders together at once.


What size should I order?

Please refer to our size guide for general measurements. If you would like personalized assistance from our expert, please feel free to email us at support@kiffactive.com. Provide us with your height, weight, and bust, waist, and hips measurements, as well as the specific items you are interested in purchasing. We will be happy to recommend the appropriate size for you.


Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

We accept return of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items in sellable condition for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that all tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging. Will certain items ever be restocked?

We typically restock items except for limited editions or special collaborations.
